A Sound Bath is a profoundly powerful experience with transformative results physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The inter-relationship between sound, music, health and the environment is inextricable. Sounds in our environment touch every part of our physical being, not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies. Consciously directed sound, like in a sound bath, can redress imbalances on every level of physiological functioning and can play a positive role in the treatment of illness and disease.

Everything in the universe is sound, sound is vibration and energy, and we resonate with it. The cyclical nature of the Universe, the elemental forces, is the process of the ever-changing nature of life. Both our impermanence and our interconnectedness, where we manifest into being and then dissolve again. In all our darkness and light, birth and death, like the wave of the breath, the inhale and exhale, one cannot exist without the other. Roni has developed her work as Guided Elemental Sound Journeys, and known for her unique Mindful Yin Yoga and Sacred Sound events, as well as Moon Ceremonies and special events at Island Yoga, Koh Yao Noi.

Roni collaborates with other Sound Therapists in Thailand and around the world. More large scale special events and Shamanic Sound Baths are offered with Dimitri Miteff from Yoga Sound Therapy. Not only incoporating a vast variety of instruments, but also numerous Gongs – Chinese Chau, Paiste Planetary & Symphonic, Meinhl, Wind, Indonesian, and Titanium Gong. Roni will be appearing at the New Healing Festival, Germany, August 2021 (Jens Zygar).
