IMAGINE…

Waking up to the spectacular sunrise over the ocean with superb views of the towering limestone cliffs in the sea. Breathe in the fresh ocean breeze and feel the warmth and aliveness of a new day in paradise. As you make your way to the delightful Yoga Shala for energizing morning Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation with Tea Worrall, to awaken, strengthen and open the body, you dive deeper into practice, feeling grounded and inspired! Enjoy peace and tranquility while sharing a delicious vegan/vegetarian healthy breakfast of Western or Thai food.

Nourished with the play and beauty of island life during the rest of the day you renew your passion for living your best life. Either simply relax on the beach or by the pool, take a massage, or explore your wonderful surroundings and enjoy the fantasy-like nature of this little island gem by bicycle or scooter. Get adventurous with an Island Hopping add-on or Kayaking excursion stumbling across mysterious lagoons and mangroves. On select days we will also be sharing our inclusive exciting workshops – Core Power, and Women’s Circle with Mala Making.

As the sun sets, late afternoon sessions being more lunar in nature let you embrace the moment, harnessing Elemental Yin Yoga with Roni Miteff (stimulating the meridians/energy channels from the Chinese Taoist system) and Myofascial Release (a highly effective technique, using small balls as a deep form of self-massage). Easing chronic stress and tension, restoring physical function and mobility, and releasing emotions.

Immerse yourself in an ocean of harmonious Sacred Sound of Crystal Bowls, Gongs, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Drum, Hapi, Voice, Koshis and more, during extended final relaxation! Every cell of your body responds to the vibrations activating self-healing mechanisms in the body and melting away stress. You feel deeply rejuvenated and a profound shift in consciousness, reaching deeper states of meditation effortlessly.

The evening allows the opportunity to eat under the stars either a healthy Thai buffet or a meal out to our chosen vegan/vegetarian restaurant, or engage in one of our inclusive evening events – Elemental Sound Bath, or Gong Ceremony.

The retreat culminates on the Full Moon in Virgo with a Cacao Ceremony to set intention and let go of anything that may no longer serve you with a Beach Fire Blessing. A healing ritual that allows us to transform negative thoughts and emotions by releasing them into the fire, and invite in positivity and new ways of being. By the end of this retreat you will feel refreshed, full of life and have made new friends for life!

INSPIRING CONFIDENCE

Tea is a perfect Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher. Her dynamic and cheerful classes will help you to build up both physical and mental strength. She will invite you to challenge yourself, she is dedicated to bring out the best of you, making sure that you will leave the class happy and empowered, ready to face the world’s problems. Her alignment touch is very confident and her verbal guiding helps to reach deeper levels of asanas. Tea embodies different aspects of yoga power, she radiates positive attitude and inspiring confidence, combining it with feminine elegance, exquisite sense of beauty being it choice of music, colourful outfit or jewellery that she makes. It was my luck to meet a teacher like Tea and to spend longer time being her student.

Masha Fomina (Russia)

Ayurvedic Consultant

PROFESSIONAL & POWERFUL

Roni’s character as a yoga teacher is traditional, professional, and powerful, and as a human being, she has an incredibly strong presence that you can feel as soon as you meet her because of her drive and dedication to yoga – on and off the mat. I feel beyond blessed to have been able to say I am a student of Roni Miteff’s. I have always loved the quote “Be the change you want the world to see.”, and it is clear, to me, that Roni keeps up with her own practice, continuing to be an example of what she teaches, and I both honor and respect everything about her that I have come to know.

Jessa Leigh Sneller-Hamilton (USA)

Yoga Teacher and Holistic Practitioner

INCREDIBLE TEACHER

My love of yoga definitely comes from the lessons I was fortunate enough to have with Tea. She is an excellent teacher, patiently guiding you through the different yoga postures, and her knowledge of them is exceptional. She truly is an incredible teacher and her lessons were an oasis of calm spirituality in an otherwise hectic week. Distance divides us now or I would still be one of her committed pupils! I made such great progress with her and I was so pleased with my increased flexibility and strength. Thanks, Tea, for your amazing, inspiring and calming classes. I miss them so much!

Christina Price (UK)

Teacher

A GIFT FOR HOLDING SPACE

Roni brings incredible knowledge and passion to her work. Besides her amazing yoga classes that create a balance of peace, tranquility, and strength, I also attended a private yoga therapy consultation with Roni and I was beyond impressed with her professional knowledge and personal interest in helping me on my path of healing. I am so thankful for her help with my structural needs. For the first time in years, I am pain free due to the changes she added to my practice. Roni has a gift for holding space and helping her students to find balance and self-compassion. I plan to return to learn from her as often as I can!

Sarah Lawrence (Thailand)

English Teacher

EXCELLENT & POSITIVE EXPERIENCE

I found Tea’s teaching style to be a good balance between instruction and demonstration, with little break to the flow of the class. Tea’s knowledge of and ability to perform the Ashtanga postures & variations is excellent and she was able to connect with people of many different experience levels in the same class.  She had a knack for making the practice feel inspiring, and for provided the necessary consistency without making the practice feel rote or mechanical. Her renditions of the opening and closing chants and her choice of music during the class were wonderful and added to the experience in a positive way.
